Brothers Over Ad Studio

How it works

From your brief to a quote, in plain steps

You describe the work, a service partner asks questions and quotes it, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Launch sequence

Nothing goes live until tracking is in place and you have signed off.

  1. Tracking first: conversion tags, GA4 events and form routing are set up and tested.
  2. Pages next: landing pages and forms are built or fixed, then checked on phones and desktops.
  3. Campaigns after that: ads, keywords or audiences, budgets and schedules are built in your accounts.
  4. Launch last: you approve, campaigns go live and the partner confirms conversions are recording.

Scoping checklist

Having these ready makes the first conversation shorter and the quote more accurate.

  • What you sell, and which products or services you want to advertise first
  • The areas you serve or ship to
  • Your monthly ad budget, or a range you are comfortable with
  • A list of ad accounts you already own on Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn
  • Who has admin access to GA4, Google Tag Manager and your website
  • The CRM or inbox where inquiries should land
  • Who answers new inquiries, and how quickly they usually do
  • How often you want reports, and who should receive them

Access without sharing passwords

Each ad platform lets you invite another person or business to an account with a set role. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and Google Tag Manager all work this way. Use those invitations instead of handing over a login. They keep a record of who changed what, let you limit what each person can do and let you remove access in a few clicks. Admin roles are usually needed during setup, since conversion actions and audience lists require them. Once setup is done, ask whether a standard role is enough for day-to-day management.

Reporting and regular check-ins

A useful report can be read without a meeting. For each campaign it shows what was spent, how many clicks and conversions were recorded and what each conversion cost, plus a short note on what was changed and why. Ask for the numbers to come straight from the ad platforms and GA4, so you can check them yourself. Many arrangements add a regular check-in, monthly or quarterly, to look at what is working and what to try next. Those meetings are where budget shifts, new offers and new pages get decided.

If your ads, pages or follow-up need attention, describe the problem and get a scoped quote.
